its an hp 1300 all-in-one printer
Make sure its its getting power and that cables are plugged in nicely. Then make sure it is selected as your default printer (checkmark) in the printers and faxes menu (start-settings). Then look for more advanced solutions such as drivers etc, by following the link provided earlier to www.hp.com.
If vista , then I had a problem with the software of the printer that make it wont print, leave the driver and remove the software.
