I'm joining the military and my physical comes up in the next 2 weeks. I'm 10 pounds overweight and my recruiter says it would be best if I lost that before I go in.
What can I do to lose the weight as fast as possible?
10lbs is COMPLETELY doable. You just have to stick to the plan because you only have two weeks. Daily, intense cardio with strength training for at least 2 hours accompanied by 5 small, high protein meals throughout the day. Watch calories, sugar, carbs and fat, keep them low, but don't lose them. Look for protein and fiber and drink a lot of water.
It is feasible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight fast then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as fast. I lost 10 pounds in recent times when I had a wedding to attend, and I did it by following the guidance presented on the site in the box below.
if you are overweight some the military will get you down anyway. so either wait until they make you loose the weight or just do what the wrestler said. either way, its coming off. good luck.

Its not healthy to lose that much weight that fast. But if you had to take a diaretic suplement, that will make you lose about 5lbs of water right of the bat. And the rest you can burn off through a low calorie diet, with cardio, and weightlifting.
Run your *** off and go on a very strict diet.
i'm trying these pills called YEDUC. i bought them across the border in mexico T.J. these pills are great i've lost about 15 lbs. in just 1 month in a half. what they do is curve your cravings. trust me they are i life saver. but just be careful everyone is different.

i'm a wrestler, and when i need to cut weight fast, i cut down on my liquids, and only drink a glass of water when i am extremely hungry i have something like a cliff bar
