Who is going to let Danica pass them for the win next season in Montegi?
First: Helio has only been indicted, not convicted of anything. Welcome to America: Innocent until proven Guilty in a court of law? Heard of it.
Second: Danica won her race fair and square. She drove the Motegi course for 300 miles and was the first to cross the line. Game over. Besides, while Helio had the fuel to go the distance at the end, they checked to see how much ethanol he had at the end ... 1 cup (8 ounces). At full song, he runs out of fuel with a lap to go. He had to conserve. Danica conserved her entire last stint of the race, and won because of the team strategy.
I'm still betting they don't run the #3 car at Surfer's Paradise in 2 weekends. No need to. Helio is *still* a Penske driver until Roger Penske says so, and I hope it's more of Helio's support staff (ie, accountants, attorneys, etc.) that are more on the hook than he is, but we must find out the evidence.

Good one Jed. I see a lot of people comparing Helio to Wesley Snipes but I believe Snipes may have never done jail time if he didn't become a fugitive.
