is for all Christians, when Jesus Christ fast for 40 days in the desert Satan approach Jesus and told him " I will give you all the planet if you lay on your knees and worship me" of course Jesus didn't, but the the idea is Satan own the earth and ready to give it up anytime.

Matt 6:10 . . .Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth.
We pray for God's Kingdom with Jesus as King of that Kingdom to take over rulership of this earth. For now though Satan is ruling! Why do you think everything is soooo wicked?? It's getting worse and worse.
Ps 37:10-11 . . .And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more; And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be. 11 But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.
This is essentially a Christian belief: spiritual warfare is being conducted right here and now.
The Bible say's he is the Prince of the air...so?
Not a JW but according to the Bible, Satan is the Prince of the earth.

In John 14:30, Jesus says: "Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me." (King James Version)
So, according to the BIBLE, Satan is the "prince of this world".

I am not JW, but of course as everybody else said so far, he is the prince and power of the air. Of course Satan and the demons can't do anything without first obtaining permission to do so from God. In which case the devil and his demons are simply pawns used by God for the judgment of the wicked, and the chastisement and testing of the saints. Read the book of Job, and then James.
So according to that, who is the king of the earth?
Psalm 2:9
"You shall break them with a rod of iron;You shall dash them to pieces like a potter s vessel.
Revelation 2:27
" 'He shall rule them with a rod of iron;They shall be dashed to pieces like the potter s vessels as I also have received from My Father;"
John 13:3
"Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going to God,"
John 1:1-5
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it."
Here we see first Christ ruling with a rod of iron. Then we see the Father giving all things into his hands. Then we see that Christ is God and made all things. All things were made by him, for him, and without him nothing was made that is. All of this says that the true prince and King of Kings is Jesus Christ. Therefore I would conclude that if the JWs do preach that Earth is the kingdom of Satan, I would say they are wrong. Of course there are more issues than just this one the JWs preach that is false according to scripture. But I neither have the time nor the complete knowledge of the JW faith to accurately represent them fairly.
