Yes, it is a sad song. But it has a good message to it - "life is too short so take the time and appreciate" I actually cry to this song. It helps me vent and just makes me realize to slow things down and just enjoy every minute of it.
It is sad but it also has a good message that life is short and you do need to live life to the fullest.
