Right now I am putting her on the toilet maybe every hour but she never pees she plays with toiletpaper. Then when she gets up she pees on the floor and I rush her to the toilet but she stops.
Please let me know another technique that I can follow and is effective.

Get her own potty chair; my daughter had to have hers in the living room! ( whatever works, right?...lol )
There are also books you can read to your child. My daughter loved 'once upon a potty' when she used the 'big potty'.

U might wanna try putting her potty in front of the television. Make her sit on it while she's watching her favorite tv show. I tried it with my son and it worked pretty good. Good luck!
