I decided to check the Wii Shop channel just now (it's been a while) to see if anything new was on. I get slapped in the face by this terms of use agreement (the Wii has a lot of those). I only read a part just to see what it was about (looked like it was warning me about mature games being sold on the Wii Shop). I didn't have all night so i just pressed accept, had a quick look and saw to my horror that ALL my wii points were gone! I used to have over 15.000 points in there (yes fifteen thousand). I checked the list of transactions and it was empty, so was the list of downloaded games (i have downloaded plenty). When I returned to the Wii menu everything was gone, even the internet channel.
I tried restarting the Wii without luck and I'm pretty desperate here.

All my Mii's are still there.
My Wii is modded (I have a hyperactive five year old who uses the wii more than I do and games really do get scratched beyond recognition quite often so I keep 2nd copies handy).
It really looks like nintendo detected the mod and erased my account, but I want to make sure first... And if it was, let it be a warning to others!
I think you should go to nintendo.com and contact them about your issue, they should be able to fix your problems.
It may be the fact that your wii is modded.
Or it may be the fact that the 5 year old deleted the wii shop channel account, thus only removing shop related items.
