  • I have an indoor 10 month old cat (Jaizman) that I would like to put outside (but she will be allowed to come in sometimes). Jaizman is curious enough about the great outdoors...but as soon as she gets half of her body out Ruby our dog will scare her back in. Very frustrating. Ruby doesn't have a problem with Jaizman inside but only outside. So what do I do? What will be the safest way to get Ruby used to Jaizman (outside) so she will be comfortable to stay outside?

  • If they do not get along outside together i would put them outside at different times so that it does not cause a fight and for one of them to get hurt.

  • If you want to do the best thing for your cat, then dont let her outside. I know your probably like i posted this answer on how to get her outside not how to keep her inside. But im just saying thers a 80% chance she will come back in with fleas or ticks and also infest our dogs. She could get hit by a car or eatin by a coyote or stolen or lost. Hope you take my advice, good luck!

  • Please keep your cat indoors. Outside she will be subject to accidents and disease: cars, other cats, dogs, falling out of trees, poison, and cruelty to name a few possibilities.
