  • I can't find the menu where you can change the download setting when your testing the flash. It's gotta be right under my nose I just know it has to be.

  • Tough one! Got me too. Click Ctrl + Enter to see your SWF. Then click the View drop-down menu on this window; not from the standard menu.

  • Ah, sorry :D

  • if you press ctrl + Enter while your looking at your file it will simulate d/l

so from flash, ctrl + enter to see your project, then ctrl + enter again to sim d/l

also in the view menu, simulate d/l

  • You specified you were using Flash 8 by posting in this forum, I just meant that Nokrev seemed to think you wanted something outside of Flash, so I was trying to clear things up for others who might have been in a similar mindset as Nokrev. :)

  • try in other computer ....

  • OH...............*cry :crying:

  • I think D3vilX is talking about the "View>Download Settings" or "View>Simulate Download" options. (At least, that's what they were in MX 2004) I don't have Flash 8, but I'm just trying to clarify.

  • Yes, thats what they were in flash mx 2004, I'm talking about flash 8, sorry for not specifying.
