I've seen a great deal of information and issues with modchip detection and alterations in the changelog but is there anywhere in the GUI to enable or disable? As far as I am aware my chip is not one of those conflicting and I'd be slightly curious to see what the thing says.
Oh I was just curious as it was listing as disabled in system info screen (not data on home) but is ok we love you still JM :)
No - with the last T3CH release (last 2 I think?) it was always enabled unless you disabled it via AdvancedSettings.xml
I changed it 3 days ago or so so that it's always disabled unless enabled via AdvancedSettings.xml
All it does is "detect" your modchip - a procedure that I see little benefit in, but then again, I'm not one for plastering the useless system info all over the homescreen either!
